Initial Public Offering of up to 17,142,856 equity shares of face value Rs10 each ("equity shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs350 per equity share including a premium of Rs340 per equity share ("offer price"), aggregating to Rs600 Crores ("offer"). The offer comprises a fresh issue of up to 6,857,142 equity shares aggregating Rs240 Crores (fresh issue") and an offer for sale of 10,285,714 equity shares aggregating to Rs360 Crores by the selling shareholders being the promoters, including to 5,142,857 equity shares aggregating to Rs180 Crores by Sandipkumar Gupta and 5,142,857 equity shares aggregating to Rs180 Crores by Rajdipkumar Gupta ("offer for sale").
