Public issue of 12,30,400 equity shares of Rs10/- each ("equity shares") of IRIS Clothings Limited ("icl" or the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs90/- per share (the "issue price"), including a premium of Rs80/- per share, aggregating to Rs11.07 Crores ("the issue"), of Which, 62,400 equity shares of Rs10 each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (as defined in the section "definitions And abbreviations") (the "market maker reservation portion").
