Initial public offer of 3,72,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each (the "equity shares") of Evans Electric Limited ("the company" or "eel" or "the issuer") at an issue price of Rs52 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs1.93 Crores ("public issue") comprising of a fresh issue of 3,72,000 equity shares aggregating Rs1.93 Crores ("fresh issue") out of which 20,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each, at an issue price of Rs52 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs0.10 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion").The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 3,52,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each, at an issue price of Rs52 per equity share for cash, aggregating upto Rs1.83 Crores is herein after referred to as the "net issue". The public issue and net issue will constitute 27.11% and 25.66% respectively of the post- issue paid-up equity share capital of the Company. Fixed Price issue at Rs52 per equity share and is 5.2 times of the face value. Minimum Application size of 2000 equity shares and in multiples of 2000 equity shares thereafter.
