Initial public issue of 30,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Lamosaic India Limited ("The Company" or "The Issuer Company") for cash at a price Rs200/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs190/- per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs61.20 crores ("The Issue"), out of which 153,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for a cash price of Rs200/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs3.06 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 29,07,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each at an issue price of Rs200/- per equity share aggregating to Rs58.14 crores (is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 29.60 % and 28.12 % respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs10.00 each and the issue price of Rs200 is 20 times of the face value.
