Initial public offer of upto 63,01,200 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each ("Equity Shares") of the company at an offer price of Rs108 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs98 per equity share) for cash, aggregating up to Rs68.05 crores ("public offer") out of which 3,15,600 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each, at an offer price of Rs108 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs3.41 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The public issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 59,85,600 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each, at an issue price of Rs108 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs64.64 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue". The public issue and net issue will constitute 26.94% and 25.59% respectively of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is Rs10/- and the offer price is 10.8 times of the face value.
