| Initial public offer of 41,15,200 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each ("equity shares") of Suich Industries Limited ("company" or "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs75 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs65 per equity share) aggregating Rs30.86 Crores (the "issue"). The issue includes a reservation of 2,08,000 equity shares of face value Rs10 each at a price of Rs75 per equity share aggregating Rs1.56 Crores for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of 39,07,200 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each for cash at a price of Rs75 per equity share, aggregating Rs29.30 Crores is hereinafter refered to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.00% and 25.63% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity share is Rs10 each.
The Issue Price is Rs75 per equity share and is 7.5 times the face value of the equity share.
